Regional competition “Successful Manager - 2025”

On December 19, 2025, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held the regional competition “Successful Manager”.

8 leaders of educational organizations of the region participated in the regional round of the competition - the winners of the district (city) rounds.

The goal of the competition was to disseminate innovative pedagogical and managerial practices in line with current trends in the development of Kazakhstan’s education system.

Each participant competed in four rounds, in accordance with the approved Regulations.

According to the results of the regional competition, the Commission announced the following winners:

I place - G.Ch. Mustafina, headmaster of Zhanaauyl Basic Secondary School of Education Department of Markakol district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.  

II place – Z.M. Ospangaliyeva, headmaster of Soldatova Secondary School of Education Department of Ulken-Naryn district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

III place - G.G. Satiyeva, headmaster of Zharsu Secondary School of Education Department of Zaisan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

I place - A.A. Butabayev, headmaster of O. Bokey Kazakh Secondary School of Education Department of Glubokoe district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

II place – E.T. Zhampeisov, headmaster of Novo-Bukhtarma Secondary School No. 1 of Education Department of Altai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

III place - A.K. Sagiyeva, headmaster of Pushkin Secondary School of Education Department of Ulan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

The winners in the nomination:

“Successful manager of small school” - Zh.K. Kurmetzhanova, headmaster of Arshaty Secondary School of Education Department of Katon-Karagai district of East Kazakhstan region;

“Successful manager of secondary school” - Ch. T. Mazhinova, headmaster of School-Center of Additional Education No. 48 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of East Kazakhstan region;
