“Partnership with enterprises: effective strategies for dual education”

On November 26, 2025, a regional seminar was held on the topic: “Partnership with enterprises: effective strategies for dual education”. The event took place as part of implementing the action plan of the Year of Skilled Trades in East Kazakhstan region.

The seminar was attended by representatives of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs, Education Administration, social partners, directors and deputy directors of colleges of East Kazakhstan region.

The seminar participants shared their experiences in implementing dual education, discussed the current state of the system and outlined prospects for its further development.

During the seminar, key emphasis was placed on expanding cooperation between colleges and enterprises, updating educational programs in accordance with the needs of the labor market and strengthening practical training for students. Special attention was paid to promoting working professions and increasing the interest of young people in technical specialties.
