Regional competition “Best local history lesson - 2025”

On December 12, 2025, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a regional competition “Best local history lesson - 2025”.

The goal of the competition was to deepen knowledge about local history, nature, culture and people, to develop research and creative abilities, and to disseminate best teaching practices.

The submitted works were evaluated by the members of the Commission and the results were announced. According to the decision of the Competition Committee, the winners are:

First Degree Diploma - K. S. Turganbayeva, a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature of Sekisovka Secondary School-Kindergarten of Education Department of Glubokoe district;

Second Degree Diploma - B.K. Amanova, a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature of Orel Secondary School of Education Department of Katon-Karagai district;

Second Degree Diploma - A.Zh. Kusayova, a teacher of geography of Shokan Ualikhanov School-Lyceum No. 3 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

Third Degree Diploma - N.A. Ayazbek, a teacher of geography of M. Auezov Akzhar School-Boarding School-College of Education Department of Tarbagatai district;

Third Degree Diploma - S.M. Serikzhanov, a teacher of history of Soldatova Secondary School of Education Department of Ulken Naryn district;

Third Degree Diploma - M.T. Kairbayeva, a teacher of history of Terektybulak Secondary School of Education Department of Kurchum district.

The following Special Nominations were awarded:

  • “Curious teacher” - A.B. Azylkhanova, a teacher of history of Secondary School No. 9 of Altai town of Education Department of Altai district;
  • “Creative teacher” - Kairat Zhazira, a teacher of history of Zhambyl Regional Specialized School-Gymnasium-Boarding School for Gifted Children of Ust-Kamenogorsk city;
  • “Digitally competent teacher” - A.K. Vakhasova, a teacher of history of School-Kindergarten Complex of Akkala village of Education Department of Samar district;
  • “Innovative teacher” - A.S. Nursoltanova, a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature of School Lyceum No. 1 of Education Department of Ridder town.

The winners of the competition were awarded I, II, III Degrees Diplomas, and the nominees received certificates of recognition.
