Working meeting of Deputy Head of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region with the Regional Board of Headmasters

On December 4, 2025, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region organized a meeting of the Board of Headmasters with B.Zh. Kozybayeva, Deputy Head of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

 S.N. Kovalenko, Director of the Örken Center, familiarized the participants with the agenda of the meeting and outlined the key topics for discussion.   

The meeting focused on summarizing the outcomes of the past period and outlining strategic priorities for further development of the education system.

Bulbul Zh. Kozybayeva emphasized the importance of strengthening the quality of school management processes, enhancing the professional culture of teachers and implementing modern educational approaches.   

Special emphasis was placed on improving the quality of education and the effectiveness of methodological work, developing teachers’ digital competencies, supporting small schools, and building strong professional management teams in schools. 

The Chair of the Board of Headmasters - M.K. Kenchimbayeva, headmaster of Belousovka Secondary School No. 2, presented the annual report of the Board, analyzing key achievements, existing challenges, and areas for further development. She also presented the draft Action Plan of the Regional Board of Headmasters for 2026.

During the open dialogue session, the participants posed questions to Deputy Head of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region and discussed strategic directions for further development of the regional education system.

Special emphasis was placed on observing performance discipline and pedagogical ethics, improving teachers’ professional competencies, advancing digitalization and integrating artificial intelligence technologies in the education system.
