Regional competition “Best kindergarten educator”

On November 28, 2025, in accordance with its 2025 action plan, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held the regional competition “Best kindergarten educator” among preschool educators of all forms of ownership and departmental affiliation. The goal of the competition was to enhance the prestige of the teaching profession by promoting the role and significance of educators, identifying the best preschool educators in the region by recognizing their professional excellence and creative abilities.

13 educators from 12 districts/cities of our region participated in the competition and demonstrated their pedagogical skills.

According to the regulations, the competition commission identified the best educators of the region and announced the results: 

🏆Grand Prix - Zhanar M. Sagatbekova (Ust-Kamenogorsk);

I place – Gulnur N. Aldybayeva (Zaisan), Altai Kainar (Kurchum);

II place – Ainur K. Baisoltanova (Tarbagatai), Zhadra O. Togzhanova (Ust-Kamenogorsk), Gulnara M. Makisheva (Katon-Karagai);

III place – Asem T. Suleimenova (Ulken-Naryn), Kusan Munira (Markakol), Elena G. Khalturina (Altai);

Special nominations:

“Creative educator” - Vladislav E. Kotorov (Ridder);

“Artistic Educator” - Dauletkhan Almagul (Samar);

“Research-Oriented Educator” - Karakat B. Bolatova (Glubokoe);

“Modern Educator” - Nazira R. Seitnasimova (Ulan).

The winners of the competition were awarded diplomas and all participants received certificates of Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
