Regional seminar on “Partnership with enterprises: effective strategies for dual education”

On November 26, 2025, a regional seminar on “Partnership with enterprises: effective strategies for dual education” was held as part of implementing the action plan for the Year of Skilled Trades in East Kazakhstan region.

The seminar was attended by representatives of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs, Education Administration, social partner enterprises, directors and deputy directors for academic and industrial affairs of colleges of East Kazakhstan region.

During the seminar, the participants exchanged experiences in implementing dual education, discussed the current state of the system and explored prospects for its further development.

During the discussion, the participants highlighted the need to expand collaboration between colleges and enterprises, update educational programs in accordance with labor market demands and strengthen practical training of students. Particular emphasis was placed on promoting skilled trades and increasing young people’s interest in technical specialties.
