The role of social partnership in regulating labor relations

On November 19, 2025, the East Kazakhstan regional branch of Orleu National Centre for Professional Development JSC of the Institute for Professional Development of Educators held a seminar titled “The role of social partnership in regulating labor relations”, with the participation of Aigul Mukasheva, Chair of the Kazakhstan Branch Trade Union of Workers of Education, Science and Higher Education.

Kuat B. Okasov, Head of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region welcomed the participants of the seminar.

Leaders of regional and district educational organizations and the chairs of Trade Union Associations discussed the protection of workers’ labor rights and current directions of trade union activity.

Gulden E. Mukhambetzhanova, a chief expert of Educational and Methodological Work Department of Orleu JSC, presented the updated certification requirements on the USTAZ platform.

Gulzhan R. Nalibayeva, a methodologist of Musical, Artistic and Aesthetic Creativity Department of the Republican Educational and Methodological Center for Extended Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shared key directions for the development of extended education.  

Raikhan M. Kydyrbayeva, Head of Legal Work, Safety and Labor Protection Department of the Branch Trade Union, addressed the most pressing issues of labor relations.

The seminar concluded with an open dialogue and discussion of practical questions issues.
