Press release of case conference “Potential in every child: developing the abilities of children with special educational needs through collaboration of experts”

On November 19, 2025, Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region is holding a regional CASE CONFERENCE titled “Potential in every child: developing the abilities of children with special educational needs through collaboration of experts” on inclusive education. The event is taking place at Secondary School No. 41 of Ust-Kamenogorsk city. The case conference is held to mark the International Day of Defectologist (November, 19), and in alignment with the Almaty Declaration adopted at the First World Inclusion Congress, held on October 15-17, 2025 in Almaty.    

The goal of the event: to establish a professional environment for sharing experience, discussing, and analyzing practical cases aimed at identifying and developing the individual potential of children with special educational needs through effective collaboration of leaders and interdisciplinary experts: teachers, psychologists, speech therapists, defectologists and teachers-assistants.
