Regional competition “Best Rural Teacher Award - 2025” among teachers of small schools of East Kazakhstan region

On October 31, 2025, the regional competition “Best Rural Teacher Award – 2025” was held in accordance with the action plan of Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

The goal was to identify, encourage and support creative teachers of small schools of the region, promote best teaching practices, and improve the quality of education in small schools of East Kazakhstan region.

12 teachers of small schools of Altai, Ulken Naryn, Markakol, Samar, Glubokoe, Zaisan, Katon-Karagai, Kurchum, Ulan, Tarbagatai districts and Ust-Kamenogorsk city participated in the competition.

At Round I of the competition - “I’m a teacher of modern education”, the participants presented their professional achievements and innovations; at Round II - “Best lesson in a small school”, they showcased their video lessons.

According to the decision of the Competition Committee, the winners of the competition are:

I place – Aizhan T. Omirtayeva, a primary school teacher of Muzhyksu Basic Secondary School of Education Department of Zaisan district;

II place – Altynai S. Rakhimanova, a teacher of geography of Andrey Sumin Secondary School of Education Department of Altai district;

II place – Meruert M. Khadiyeva, a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature of A. Baitursynov Secondary School of Education Department of Tarbagatai district;

III place – Nazym K. Mergazina, a teacher of computer science of Rykov Secondary School of Education Department of Katon-Karagai district;

III place – Mira E. Kamytpayeva, a teacher of biology of Solonovka Secondary School of Education Department of Ulken Naryn district;

III place – Dinara O. Ukirtayeva, a teacher of history of Kainarly Basic Secondary School of Education Department of Markakol district;

III place – Aliya A. Sharapiyeva, a primary school teacher of Karatogai Secondary School of Education Department of Kurchum district;

The winners of the nominations:

“Innovative Teacher” - Alexander V. Ryzhenkov, a teacher of mathematics of Trofim Klimenko Secondary School-Kindergarten Complex of Education Department of Ulan District;

“Educated Teacher” - Beisenbai Kulash, a teacher of geography of Maloubinka Secondary School of Education Department of Glubokoe District;

“Creative Teacher” - Ainagul B. Kabdrakhmanova, a teacher of history of Amangeldi Secondary School of Education Department of Samar district;

“Creative Teacher” - Marianna G. Panarina, a teacher of biology Basic Secondary School of Butakov village of Education Department of Ridder town;

“Curious teacher” - Victoria V. Kabidullinova, a teacher of the Russian language and literature of Novo-Troitsk Basic Secondary School of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city.

The winners received diplomas and certificates.
