Sharing best practices by winners of Best Teacher Award - 2025
On October 30, 2025, in accordance with its action plan and as part of the Uzdikten Uiren Project, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held an online seminar. The event aimed at disseminating best pedagogical practices of the winners of Best Teacher Award - 2025 among teachers of general, special and additional education organizations.
Over 100 teachers of secondary schools of East Kazakhstan region participated in the event.
The winners of the competition presented their best practices and shared their work experiences:
- Nazigul N. Akybayeva, a research teacher, a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature of Abai Secondary School of Tarbagatai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region. Topic: “Zamanaui bilim beru: okushy belsendiliginin arttyrudyn tiymdi adisteri”.
- Samal B. Alpatina, a research teacher, a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature of Orel Secondary School of Education Department of Katon-Karagai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region. Topic: “Okushylardyn soileu madeniyetin kalyptastyru: til tazalygy zhane soz durystygy”.
- Nasir Anuar, a research teacher, a teacher of physics of Secondary School No. 41 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region. Topic: “Mega osudin syry”.
- Erkezhan K. Muratova, a master teacher, a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature of BILIM-INNOVATION East Kazakhstan Regional Specialized Lyceum for Gifted Children of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region. Topic: “Pedagogtin roline zhana kozkaras”.
During a feedback session, the participants expressed their gratitude to the organizers and speakers, highlighting that the seminar was very effective and relevant. The teachers emphasized the educational significance of such experience exchange for their professional development.
