meeting of the Regional Commission on Juvenile Affairs and Minors’ Rights Protection

On September 3, 2025, a meeting of the Regional Commission on Juvenile Affairs and Minors’ Rights Protection was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Akim of East Kazakhstan region E.Zh. Nurgaliyev.

The meeting addressed the key issues concerning the organization of preventive measures aimed at reducing the level of self-destructive behavior and bullying among minors, as well as the implementation of initiatives for drug addiction prevention.

Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of strengthening preventive efforts and raising awareness of parents and educators regarding the risks associated with self-destructive behavior and bullying.    

The meeting concluded with giving the letters of appreciation from the Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan to representatives of government agencies in recognition of their effective cooperation and significant contributions to ensuring the safety of minors.
