A road to career begins with acquaintance with an enterprise

On May 21, 2025, as part of the Year of Skilled Trades, Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region and Kazzink LLP, held an Open Day for schoolchildren of School-Center for Additional Education No. 48 of Ust-Kamenogorsk city.

This event was held in order to raise the status and prestige of skilled trades, boosting labor productivity, drawing youth attention to these professions, and helping schoolchildren explore future career paths.

During the guided tour of the company’s museum, students had the chance to dive into the history of the enterprise and learn about its contribution to the region’s economic development. According to the students, the excursion was fruitful and highly informative. It’s worth noting that Kazzinc LLP regularly hosts guided tours for college and school students.

The company’s employees shared their professional experience, talked about the path to success, overcoming challenges and developing their profession. The students asked questions about career prospects, necessary skills, and the first steps on the path to professional development.  

Such meetings motivate and instill an appreciation for skilled trades.
