Human Resources Service

of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region

1. General Provisions

1 Human Resources Service is a structural subdivision of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region (hereinafter referred to as the Administration).

2. Human Resources Service performs its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law On Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as these Regulations.

3 The structure, staffing limits of Human Resources Service are approved by the Head of the Administration in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
