on the activities of the State Institution "Office of the Akim of the Polyanskoye rural district of the Altai region of East Kazakhstan region" on the provision of public services for 2023
1) Information about the service provider
In 2023, the office of the akim of the Polyanskoye rural district (hereinafter the akim's office) provided 5 types of public services in the field of land relations:
"Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (contests, auctions)";
"Provision of land for the construction of an object within the settlement";
"Issuing a decision to change the purpose of the land plot";
"Sale of a land plot to private ownership at a time or in installments";
"Queuing up for a land plot."
2) Information about public services
In 2023, 18 public services were provided, including 0 public services in paper form through the office of the service provider, and 18 public services in electronic form through the E–Licensing web portal.
3) Information about the most in-demand public services
The share of services rendered in electronic format through the E-licensing information system from the number of services provided on an alternative basis was 100%.
The dynamics show that the most demanded public services are:
- "Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (contests, auctions)" - 10;
- "Provision of a land plot for construction within the limits of a settlement" - 8;
To obtain information about the sources and places of access to information on the procedure for the provision of public services, the akim's office has a stand on which the Rules for the provision of public services and application samples are posted. Every year, a report on public services is posted on the website of the akim of the Altai region. To improve the quality of public services, there is a "self-service corner" in the akim's office.
Employees of the Akim's office participate through the "Zoom" platform in all planned training seminars on subordinate regulations defining the procedure for providing public services, business processes for providing public services, work in information systems and internal control.
According to the Rules for the provision of public services, the akim's office in 2023 provided 2 types of services through the E-Licensing web portal ("Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (contests, auctions)"; "Provision of land for the construction of an object within the settlement"), there were no applications for other types of services in 2023.
The responsible employee for the provision of public services is trained in advanced training courses at the branch of the RSE "Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the East Kazakhstan region" in accordance with the approved plan.
Regarding the provision of public services, there were no complaints about the quality of public services from service recipients. The organization of work is in a satisfactory condition. The deadlines for the provision of state services were not violated.
The work on improving the quality of public services, the satisfaction of service recipients, and improving efficiency is under constant control.
