“The apparatus of the akim of the Maleevsky rural district
Altai district of East Kazakhstan region"
on the provision of public services for 2025
In accordance with the order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On approval of the register of public services” dated January 31, 2020 No. 39N/K, registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 5, 2020 No. 19982, the state institution “Apparatus Akim of the Maleevsky rural district of the Altai region of the East Kazakhstan region" provided 4 public services to individuals and legal entities in 2024, of which: - through the information system E-licensing – 1; - through the state corporation “Government for Citizens” - 1. - motivated refusal – 2. The dynamics show that the most popular government services are:- “Acquisition of rights to land plots that are state-owned, not requiring tenders (auctions)”; - “Provision of a land plot for construction within the boundaries of a populated area” (changed to “Provision of a land plot from the lands of a town or village”). Currently, there is 1 self-service corner operating in the district, the number of electronic services provided is 133. Self-service corners are located in the akimat building. In 2025, there were no complaints about the quality of public services. The deadlines for the provision of public services were not violated.
