In the court of the Altai region of the East Kazakhstan region, an online round table was held with the participation of private bailiffs of the Altai region to discuss the Laws on improving enforcement proceedings, which amended the order of enforcement proceedings, using the Watsapp messenger application.The chairman of the court Sadykova A.K. voiced certain issues that are excluded from the jurisdiction of the courts and transferred to the powers of other state bodies:

1. The authorization of the search for the debtor, upon the proposal of a private enforcement agent (hereinafter referred to as the CHSI), has been transferred to the prosecutor's office.

2. The collection of wage arrears is carried out without going to court on the basis of an order of the state labor inspector having the force of an executive document (subparagraph 6-1) of paragraph 1 of Article 9 of the Law, subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of Article 195 of the Labor Code).3. The minimum debt threshold that limits the debtor's departure abroad has been increased from 20 to 40 MCI.
