What will be built in the future

Head of the Department of architecture, construction and urban development E. Mamatayev met with journalists of local mass media.

During the meeting, E. Mamatayev spoke in detail about what projects will be implemented in the near future in our city and district. This year, construction will begin on another residential building on Rudnaya street in the 10th microdistrict. In total, 20 three – room apartments and 40 two-room apartments are planned in the house. Connection to water supply networks, hot and cold water supply, water disposal, electricity and telephone services are provided from the existing networks of the city of Altai.

Also, in the near future, the development of PSD of two more houses in the city of Altai will be carried out, this is a 100-apartment building and another 60-apartment building. The city of Serebryansk is also considering re-linking the project to the construction of a 60-apartment building.

Thus, the construction of residential buildings in our district will significantly reduce the order of Altaians for housing, said the head of the Department of architecture, construction and urban planning.
