Dear children! I heartily congratulate you on International Children's Day!

Childhood is an amazing time in the life of every person, a beautiful world filled with bright colors and dreams. We, adults, this holiday serves as a reminder that we are responsible for each child and must do everything so that they get a good start in life.

Caring for children, protecting their rights, life, health, creating conditions for full development is one of the priority areas of the social sphere of our region. I am glad that our children have the opportunity to realize their talents in school, sports and creativity. Many of them successfully represent our region at regional, republican, international Olympiads and competitions. I express my gratitude to everyone who, by the nature of their activities, helps children to develop, enriches their spiritual world. On this first summer day, I wish you guys good luck and success, happy holidays, new friends, happiness, joy and health!
