On September 3, 2023, the Department of Culture of the East Kazakhstan region held a holiday "Otany birdin–tilegi bir, zhuregi bir", dedicated to the Day of Languages of the People of Kazakhstan. The event was attended by the head of the department Akhmetzhanov N.K. and congratulated everyone on the holiday. The director of the KSU "Language Learning Center" of the Akimat of the Altai district Ramazanova G. A. and the listener of the language center Ivanova E. took part in this holiday, the methodologist Abdrakhmanova A.E. was awarded a letter of thanks by Akhmetzhanova N.K. For their contribution to the implementation of the language policy, employees of the language sphere were awarded with a letter of thanks from the Deputy akim of the East Kazakhstan region, a letter of thanks from the head of the Department of Culture of the East Kazakhstan region. The solemn event continued with the concert program of the creative collective "Irtysh Concert".
