        On the recommendation of the Department of the Ministry of the Republic

Kazakhstan on Civil Service affairs in the East Kazakhstan region, based on the results of anti-corruption monitoring in the state institution "Office of the Akim of the Severni Rural District of the Altai district of the East Kazakhstan region"

, an internal analysis of corruption risks for the period from 01

January to December 31, 2022. The identification of corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of the unit was carried out according

to the following points:

        1) personnel management, including staff turnover;

        2) conflict of interest settlement;

        3) provision of public services;

        4) consideration of the received appeals of individuals and

representatives of legal entities through the electronic system "E-otinish";

        5) work on public procurement.

1. Personnel management, including staff turnover.

         In the state institution "The Office of the Akim of the Severni rural district of Altai district" persons who have entered the civil service meet the requirements established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015 "On the Civil service of the Republic of Kazakhstan". The number of civil servants

by state as of December 31, 2022 is 4 units.

2. Conflict of interest settlement.

         During the period from January to December 2022, 4 appeals were received about individuals, no appeals were received from legal entities. All

the appeals were considered, the answers were given to those who applied within the time period stipulated by the legislation.

5. Work on public procurement.

        For the period from January to December 2022 in the state institution "The Office of the akim of the Severni Rural District of the Altai district East Kazakhstan region" public procurement was carried out in the amount of 22,653,104.5 thousand tenge.
