Project office "Shygys-Amaldi Alay" summed up the results of work for the year 2020

From 2019, the Department of anti-corruption service of the EKR jointly with the akimat of the region, a project "Shygys-Amaldi Alay" aimed at the eradication of corruption, creation of comfortable conditions for life of population and increasing social control.

"Shygys-Adaldyk Alany" has not only a regional office,but also representative offices in all cities and districts of the region with separate premises and fully equipped material and technical base.

Heads of project offices have the status of a freelance adviser to the akim of the region, cities and districts.

As part of the implementation of the "Hearing State" Concept, all city and district akimats of the region switched to the service model in the format of "Open Akimat", which allows citizens to quickly and barrier-free receive public services and explanations on the principle of "one window".

Ensuring the openness of the budget process and strengthening public control over the expenditure of public funds is one of the main activities of "Adaldyk Alany".

The Open Budgets portal publishes draft budget programs before they are approved, thereby giving people the opportunity to make changes in the process of spending budget funds.

At the initiative of the Anti-Corruption Agency, the project "Interactive Map of Open Budgets"is being implemented to increase the level of trust in the state authorities.

All state institutions of the region and their subordinate organizations are registered in the interactive map. It should be noted that as of today, 4762 budgets worth 1.1 trillion have been published on the platform "Interactive Map of Open Budgets" for East Kazakhstan region.tenge.

In East Kazakhstan region within the state program "Digital Kazakhstan" implements the concept of "DIGITAL EAST", providing for the introduction of advanced digital technologies in the spheres of education, health, transport, housing, security, land relations.

In the region, 578 self-service corners were opened, more than 800 thousand electronic services were provided.

This year, the percentage of digital literacy in the region is 82.5 %.

Geoportal East Kazakhstan Region was recognized as the best GIS web application in the CIS at the 26th annual Esri ArcGIS conference.

The supervisory functions of GASK were automated on the basis of the portal "Kurylys bakylau".

Also, the project office "Shygys-Adaldyk Alany" constantly monitors the pricing of socially significant food and non-food essential goods, including medicines and personal protective equipment, the progress of construction and repair of social facilities, housing, water supply networks, roads.

In total, since the beginning of the year, 337 such monitoring events have been carried out on site only.

In general, it should be noted that the activity of the project office "Shygys-Adaldyk Alany" has become the center of formation of anti-corruption culture not only among civil servants, but also the whole society.
