Meeting to review the submission to eliminate the circumstances that contributed to the Commission of a criminal offense and other violations of the law

23 October 2020 under the chairmanship of the head of Department of economy and budget planning, the Commissioner for the ethics of the district of Altai R. S. Khamitova, head of the Department of Finance of the Altai district Petichiae I. V., with the akims of cities, towns, rural districts, heads of independent departments, in the video conference, a meeting was held on the consideration of the submission on elimination of circumstances which facilitated Commission of criminal offences and other violations of the law, the investigator of the police Department of the IASC at the Semey region anti-corruption service of East Kazakhstan region D. Kemeleva.

During the meeting the head of the Department of Finance of the Altai district Pyatyshev I. V., familiarized with these in the representation of facts pre-judicial investigation in criminal proceedings under part 3 of article 189 paragraph 2 of the criminal code in relation to mayor GU "akim of the city Altai" Near K. K. and Director of LLP "StroyProject" Timonova E. T. upon assignment and waste of entrusted someone else's property.

The head of the Department of economy and budget planning of the Altai region, Commissioner for ethics Khamitov R. sh., drew attention to the strict observance of financial discipline, as well as strict compliance with legislation in the field of public procurement.
