Seminar – meeting to explain the requirements of legislation in the field of public procurement

On September 15, 2020, under the chairmanship of the head of the administration of the Altai district akim, O. M. Ansabayev, with the participation of the head of the Department of economy and budget planning, the Commissioner for ethics of the Altai district, R. sh. Khamitov, the head of the Finance Department of the Altai district, I. V. Pyatysheva, with the mayors of cities, towns, rural districts, heads of independent departments, a video conference was held on compliance with financial discipline and legal requirements in the field of public procurement. During the seminar the head of akim of the district, Altai Atabaev O. M., briefed about violations of financial laws among public institutions in the district. The head of the Department of economy and budget planning of the Altai region, the ethics Commissioner Khamitov R. sh., explained the requirements for using an electronic digital signature, when approving financial and accounting documents, and compliance with financial discipline.
