On January-April 2025, construction work (services) worth 3,364.8 million tenge were performed in the Altai region, which is 47.4% less than in the same period last year.
The bulk of construction work was accounted for by construction and installation work - 67.1%, which in value terms amounted to 2,269.5 million tenge, current repairs - 29.7%, major repairs - 2.9%,
(996.1 million tenge and 99.2 million tenge, respectively).
In terms of types of ownership, the volume of construction work was 100% private property.
In January-April 2025, residential buildings with an area of 1,056 sq.m. were commissioned in the Altai region, which amounted to 40.9% of the corresponding period last year.
