On approval of the minimum amount of expenses for

management of the condominium object and maintenance of the general

property of a condominium object in the Altai district

for 2023

 

 

In accordance with subparagraph 15) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local State Administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 1 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 16, 1997 "On Housing Relations", maslikhat of Altai district decided:

1. Approve the minimum amount of expenses for the management of the condominium object and maintenance of the common property of the condominium object in the Altai district for 2023 in the amount of 33 (thirty-three) tenge per square meter of usable area of an apartment, non-residential premises.
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
