On the approval of the tourist fee rate for foreigners

for 2023 in the Altai region

 

In accordance with paragraph 2-10 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Article 7-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Tourism activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 5, 2021 No. 787 "On approval of the Rules for payment of tourist fees for foreigners" Maslikhat of Altai district DECIDED:

1. To approve the rates of the tourist fee for foreigners in tourist accommodation in the Altai region from January 1 to September 30, 2023 inclusive – 5 (five) percent of the cost of stay.
2. This decision will enter into force on January 1, 2023.
