On the approval of the tourist fee rate for foreigners

            In accordance with paragraph 2-10 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Article 7-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Tourism Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the Rules for payment of tourist fees for foreigners" dated November 5, 2021 No. 787 Maslikhat of the Altai district DECIDED:

1. To approve the rates of the tourist fee for foreigners in tourist accommodation in the Altai region from January 1 to December 31, 2023 inclusive - 0 (zero) percent of the cost of stay.
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
