About the execution of construction works and commissioning of facilities in the Altai region
In January-April 2022, construction works (services) worth 2,761.1 million tenge, were carried out in the Altai region, which is 28.7% less than in the corresponding period last year.
The main part of construction work accounted for construction and installation works – 84.1%, which in value terms amounted to KZT 2,322.7 million, for current repairs – 12.4%, for major repairs – 3.5%, (KZT 341.8 million and KZT 96.6 million, respectively).
In terms of ownership forms, the largest volume of construction work was private – 77.2%, foreign ownership accounted for 22.8%.
In January-April 2022, residential buildings with an area of 1,179 sq.m commissioned in the Altai region, which amounted to 119.8% compared to the corresponding period last year.
