In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan
«On Legal Acts», the maslikhat of the Altai district DECIDED:
1. Recognize the following decisions of the maslikhat as invalid:
- «On increasing the basic rates of land tax on agricultural lands not used in accordance with the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Altai region» dated March 30, 2018 № 27/8-VI (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under № 5-12-152);
- «On Amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat of the Zyryanovsky district dated March 30, 2018 № 27/8-VI «On increasing the basic rates of land tax and the rates of the unified land tax on unused agricultural land» dated December 3, 2019 № 57/3-VI (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under № 6400).
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
