The rules for entering the civil service and holding a competition for the vacant position of a civil servant, with the exception of the first head and teacher of the state educational organization approved by Order No. 1017 of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2015.
The legal basis of the civil service is the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Law "On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
