In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", the Altai district maslikhat DECIDED:
