In accordance with article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the akim of the city of Altai DECIDED:
