In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 8, paragraph 1 of Article 11 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subparagraph 15) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Altai district maslikhat DECIDED
