In accordance with Article 71-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2003, Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" of January 23, 2001, the akim of the city of Altai DECIDED:
