In accordance with subparagraph 1-1) of article 19, paragraph 4 of article 69 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, subparagraph 6) of paragraph 1 of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the akim of the village of Coastal DECIDED:
