Information On Development State of the Agricultural Industry of East-Kazakhstan Region for January – June 2002
Agricultural gross output for January – June 2020 was KZT157.1b. or 111% as of the same period of 2019. Gross output of crop products was KZT1.1b (116%), animal products- KZT155.9b (111%).
Quantum index of gross output (QI) of agricultural industry for January – June 2020 was 102.2%.
Investments in fixed assets of agricultural sector for the 1st six months of the current year were KZT14.7b, or 108.9% of the amount in 2019.
The volume of the marketable products of food and processing sector for January – June of the current year was KZT68.5b, or 109% of the volume in 2019. QI of food products was 98.3%.
During the discussed period in all sectors of the industry there were produces 117.3k tons of all kinds of butcher’s and poultry meat on live weight basis (101.3% of the amount of 2019), milk- 451.7k tons (103.1%), eggs- 75.8m pcs (102.1%).
The number of cattle stock increased by 4.9% and became 1,277.7k heads, horses- by 7.8% (477.4k heads). The number of sheep and goats was 2175.9k heads, or 99.1% of the number in 2019.
According to the updated information the area of cropped land was 1371.1k ha that is by 10.6k ha greater than in 2019.
