On the progress of preparation for spring field work in the region
On March 4 this year, a meeting of the akimat was held under the leadership of Akim of the region Kosherbaev Ermek Bedelbaevich.
On the agenda of the meeting, the issue
"On the progress of preparations for spring field work
in the region" was discussed. The head of the Department of Agriculture, Kajibekova Azhar Yelemesovna, spoke on this issue.
This year, as part of the program for the diversification of acreage, the sown area of crops will amount to 645 thousand hectares, which is 7 thousand hectares more than last year's level.
The farms of the region have the necessary number of tractors, sowing and tillage equipment, which will be fully prepared for the start of spring field work.
Peasant farms of the region have submitted applications
for 7.1 thousand tons of diesel fuel for spring field work in 2024.
According to the Roadmap for the execution of the instructions of the Head of State to increase the volume of gross agricultural output by 2 times for 2024-2028
, 46.8 thousand tons of mineral fertilizers must be purchased this year.
For successful spring field work
In 2024
, 4.1 billion tenge of subsidies are provided from the regional budget.
Also, more than 2.5 billion tenge has been allocated for lending through the VKf JSC "Agrarian Credit Corporation" to carry out spring field work,
The VKf of KazAgroFinance JSC is about 4 billion tenge for leasing machinery/equipment. All credit facilities are provided at 6% per annum, taking into account the subsidized interest rate.
Following the meeting, the akim of the region instructed to take all necessary measures
the era of high-quality and timely spring field work, including to consider the issue of allocating additional funds to subsidize the cost of pesticides and mineral fertilizers, to implement a plan for the current year to diversify acreage, introduce moisture-saving technologies, use elite seeds of crops, the introduction of mineral fertilizers and the renewal of the machine and tractor fleet.
