A seminar-meeting was held in Ulan district to explain the mobile application for owners of agricultural animals "Tortulik"

On January 25 of this year, KSE on PCV "Ulan-vet" under the Department of Agriculture of East Kazakhstan region held a seminar-meeting for the heads of the farm of Ulansky district to explain the mobile application "TortTulik" for livestock owners. During the seminar-meeting, the Chief Specialist of the Department of Agriculture of East Kazakhstan region Daryn Bakytbekuly explained the use of the mobile application "TortTulik" and at the end of the seminar-meeting answered the questions of the heads of the East Kazakhstan region.
