Experience of application for intra-soil spot application of liquid mineral fertilizers by the Liquilizer unit to increase yields in the Visitaev R.D. farm.
Liquilizer is one of the most effective aggregates designed for the intra-soil application of liquid fertilizers. The unit includes a trailer barrel for the working solution and a frame with injection wheels with a grip of up to 12 m.
In addition, this type of fertilizer application ensures good development of the root system and is ideal for mulching and direct sowing, because fertilizers reach the root zone and are not bound by free organic particles.
Nitrogen is not lost through runoff or evaporation. In addition, the ventilation effect has a positive effect, especially on swollen clay soil. This method of applying fertilizers allows to improve their assimilation by crops and increase yields. Thus,

The universal unit for the application of liquid complex fertilizer "Liquilizer" was purchased in the farm of KH "Visitaev R.D." in 2022.
The efficiency and profitability of growing crops directly depends on the technologies used. Proper fertilizing of plants is of great importance. It is very important to introduce nutrients exactly to the required depth, and in the right amount.
Every year the farm purchases more than 1,500 tons of mineral fertilizers (ammonium nitrate, ammophos, sulfoammophos, ammonium sulfate).
Fertilizers in the farm are used according to the conducted agrochemical soil survey. Based on the agrochemical survey of fields, recommendations for the application of fertilizers (N.P.S) have been developed.
Many years of experience has shown that dry granular fertilizers, although they dissolve well in water, are ineffective with a lack of precipitation.
Cooperating with organizations that supply agricultural machinery to the farm, it was decided to purchase a liquilizer for applying CAS and other liquid fertilizers. The unit is designed for the application of liquid fertilizers with, and by means of aggregating modified tillage tools. In 2023, more than 600 tons of CAS liquid fertilizer were purchased.
For the second season, the farm, along with dry granular fertilizers, effectively uses a liquilizer (a universal unit for applying liquid fertilizers) in its fields.

In the farm "Liquilizer" is used with a cultivator for sealing herbicide. The unit is refueled by a centrifugal pump.
The use of the Liquilizer unit in production allows the farm to receive an increase in yield by at least 30%.
