In accordance with the current Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses, the authorized body for public service affairs is entitled to draw up protocols on a number of articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At the same time, as practice shows, competitive selection procedures for occupying a vacant administrative public position are most prone to violations, for non-compliance with which the sanction of part 1 of article 99 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan entails an administrative fine on officials in the amount of fifteen monthly calculation indices.

In addition, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the authorized body has the right to submit to state bodies, within its competence, mandatory submissions for the elimination of violations identified as a result of an audit on civil service issues, and also makes proposals to officials and state bodies to cancel their decisions taken in violation of the Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Also, it should be noted that the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides for administrative liability for the unlawful dismissal of persons from administrative public positions (entails a fine for officials in the amount of thirty monthly calculation indices).

In this regard, if you believe that the competitive selection procedures were carried out in violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of civil service, or you were unlawfully dismissed from an administrative public position, you have the right to apply to the Department of the Agency to protect your rights and legitimate interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service affairs in the East Kazakhstan region, both in paper form (EKR, Ust-Kamenogorsk, N. Nazarbayev Ave., 4), and in electronic form, through the platform for receiving and processing applications "E- Otinish", e-government portal "Egov.kz".
