In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 33 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, citizens of the Republic have an equal right to access to public service. The requirements for a candidate for the position of a civil servant are determined only by the nature of the job duties and are established by law.

In order to ensure the constitutional rights of citizens, announcements about the start of the competitive selection procedure for a vacant administrative public position, as well as for law enforcement agencies, are mandatory published on the official website of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs.

In accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the announcement of the competition must contain the following information:

1) the name of the state body conducting the competition, indicating its location, postal address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address;

2) the name of vacant positions with the designation of the main functional duties, the amount and conditions of remuneration;

3) the main requirements for the tender participant, determined by the state body in accordance with the qualification requirements;

4) the deadline for accepting documents, which is calculated from the next working day after the publication of the announcement of a general competition on the Internet resource of the authorized body;

      5) a list of required documents and information on how to submit them;

      6) dates and place of the interview;

7) information regarding the presence of observers at the meeting of the tender committee;

8) application forms and track record for participation in the competition;

 9) information on the procedure for appealing against actions and decisions of the competition commission;

 10) information on the use of means for selecting candidates not provided for by the Rules.

If the competition is held for a temporarily vacant administrative public position of corps "B", this condition is indicated in the announcement of the competition, indicating the date of entry to work of the temporarily absent employee, who retained his place of work (position).

Also, the announcement will contain the contact details of the personnel services of the state bodies that announced the competition, from which you can clarify the information you are interested in.
