Uralians of all ages like to spend time on the beaches in summer. Unfortunately, there are few equipped places for swimming in Uralsk. Mostly wild beaches. Accordingly, there is no comfort or security on them. Therefore, the rate of drowned children and adults in the Urals is very high.
The approaching summer time is already causing alarm among the city authorities. Here, together with experts, we saw the situation firsthand, discussed problems and prospects for development.
The fact that these beaches need a host who will maintain sanitary order, create comfortable conditions and be responsible for the safety of people, the conversation has been going on for a long time. However, no one can offer a way out of the situation yet.
Now we are back to this big problem. As an alternative, they offer to transfer the beaches to local entrepreneurs, who will be obligated, first of all, to ensure the safety of swimmers. To do this, you need to install towers for a constant review of the beach, attract specialists - rescuers, doctors, instructors. As well as to equip places for swimming and recreation, to maintain sanitary order on the territory, promptly removing and removing garbage. If desired, the entrepreneur can organize other facilities for a comfortable stay of people.
For example, many people like to spend winter and summer holidays at the Firefly base. Everything here is created for people's leisure. However, the entrepreneur is not responsible for the beach, as well as for the safety of swimmers, because he does not have the right to land. Explaining this, he refuses to be responsible for the beach located next to the base. If the land is transferred to him for use in a documented manner, it will oblige him to monitor both the order and the bathers. Both are very important aspects for the authorities: the ecology of coastal areas and reservoirs should be improved, and people should be warned and saved from death on the water.
