These works are carried out within the framework of the program "modernization of Housing and communal services".
This year, as part of the program,the roof of 9 houses was modernized, and the elevator of a residential building at 15/1 Zhukov Street was replaced. Reconstruction of the walls of a residential building at 55 Abay Ave., where the roof was repaired, was also carried out.
Each apartment owner living in multi-storey residential buildings takes an active part in the modernization and reconstruction of Housing and communal services, holds meetings, calculates the amount of work to be done and submits applications. On the basis of this, a design and estimate document is developed, an expert examination is carried out, and the work continues.
