Residents of Uralsk who are waiting in line for housing in the category of "orphans left without parental care" have the opportunity to purchase their own apartment on preferential terms.
To do this, they do not need to wait for their turn in the akimat. They can take a preferential loan to buy their own housing without a down payment. The loan rate will be 5% per annum. The maximum amount is 15 million tenge.
This method of solving the housing issue is offered by Otbasy Bank within the framework of the "Corporate" product. The funds for the issuance of affordable loans are allocated by the Akimat of Uralsk. The corresponding agreement was signed today by the head of the city Mirzhan Satkanov and the director of the regional branch of the bank Aida Ipatova.
- The list of applicants for preferential loans was formed by the Akimat. We will check the solvency and issue loans. Among the future participants of the program there are children's coaches, teachers, shift workers. By taking out a loan on affordable terms, they and their families will be able to move from the cramped rooms of the Youth Home to their own housing. After all, your own apartment is confidence in the future and social stability. To start the program, the Akimat allocates the first tranche, within which several families will purchase housing now. In total, it is planned to allocate about 500 million. tenge for concessional lending, of which 50 million tenge will go to the first stage of lending. We hope that this noble initiative will be continued in the future. And loans will be issued as the next tranches arrive," explained Aida Ipatova, director of the Ural regional branch of Otbasy Bank.
Now there are 1,907 people in the queue for housing in Uralsk. Therefore, the akimat, together with Otbasy Bank, offers preferential loans to citizens.
In this case, those graduates of orphanages who have been permanently registered in Uralsk for the last year will be able to apply for it. They should not have owned housing in the last five years. The applicant must have at least one year of official work experience in the chosen field of activity in the city of Uralsk at the time of submitting the application. There is also a limit on income. For each family member over the past 6 months, it should not exceed 6 PM (subsistence minimum) or 216,108 tenge.
