Safe summer

Within the framework of the interdepartmental campaign "Safe Childhood - 2022", the Commission on Juvenile Affairs and Protection of Their Rights under the Akimat of Uralsk, together with law enforcement agencies, held a visiting meeting.

The participants of the meeting visited children of the "risk group", prone to vagrancy, who for a year evaded education in colleges and Evening school in Uralsk. The emphasis was placed on carrying out targeted preventive work, including explanations on the rules of safe behavior of children, assistance in organizing their employment in the summer.

 Further, the Commission members took part in the "Teenager" raid events organized by the city Police Department in order to prevent juvenile delinquency, prevent domestic violence, and identify children prone to vagrancy.

For your information, in July, a number of raid events were held in the city, as a result of which 73 minors were identified who were out of their homes at night and unaccompanied by their parents.
