Dear citizens!

As previously reported, the area of the First President was transferred to the maintenance and management of the company "Zhaiyk Taza Kala" LLP, which won the tender for a period of two years. The contracting organization together with the Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of Uralsk, in turn, in order to avoid spontaneous trade, identified 11 trading platforms for sale - cotton candy, ice cream, drinks - 2 retail outlets, rental of family bicycles - 3 retail outlets, rental of children's cars - 3 retail outlets, scooters - 3 retail outlets. Trading places were raffled off in a tender. The competition was recognized as having taken place at the following outlets: cotton candy, ice cream, drinks, children's cars, family bicycles.
Currently, contracts are being concluded between individual entrepreneurs and "Zhaiyk Taza Kala" LLP.
The following sole proprietors won the tender.
For renting children's cars:
1. IP "Aziz"
2. IP "Kyzmet+"
3. IP "Kabdiyarova"
Cotton candy and drinks:
1. IP "Izbasar"
2. IP "Ahon"
Family bike rental:
1. IP "Imankulova"
2. IP "Invoice device"
3. IP "Kovalenko"
These sole proprietors, on the basis of the contract, can officially conduct trade and provide services to the population in the specified trading places on the square of the First President. The remaining traders who try to disregard the requirements of the local executive body will go to a conscious violation of the law in the form of spontaneous trade, and will be held accountable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
