Terms of the auction: The auction will be held on the gosreestr portal.kz, the auction is held according to the English method (to increase the initial price). On the gosreestr portal .kz, the initial price of the object and the price increase step are announced. By clicking the "Confirm price" button, bidders raise the starting price, but not less than the announced step until the winner of the auction is determined;

Terms of sale of land lease and list of encumbrances (restrictions): The buyer is obliged to: sign a protocol with the help of an EDS (Electronic digital signature) on the results of the auction on the day of its holding, conclude a contract of sale of the right to lease a land plot with the State Institution "Department of Land Relations of the city of Uralsk" within one working day from the date of adoption of the relevant resolution of the Akimat of the city of Uralsk and fulfill obligations under it, conclude agreement on the terms of development, use the land plot in accordance with the intended purpose, if necessary, to grant interested persons the right of limited use of the land plot (easement), timely payment of rent, encumbrances (restrictions) on all land plots are absent.

The auction value of the plot fixed at the auction is paid in the form of an advance payment in the amount of 50% no later than 2 banking days after signing the contract of sale, and the remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 calendar days from the date of signing the contract of sale.

Note: The guarantee fee for each object of the auction is paid separately.

To register as an auction participant, you must submit:

for individuals: 1) an application for participation in the auction (electronically) for this it is necessary to have an EDS (Electronic digital signature); 2) a payment document confirming the payment of the guarantee fee; 3) a document certifying the authority of the representative;

for legal entities: 1) an application for participation in the auction (electronically) for this it is necessary to have an EDS (Electronic digital signature); 2) a payment document confirming the payment of the guarantee fee; 3) non-residents submit a legalized extract from the commercial register or another legalized document certifying that a foreign legal entity is a legal entity under the legislation of a foreign state, with a notarized translation into the state and Russian languages; 4) a document certifying the powers of the representative.
