A meeting of the anti-corruption commission was held in the Akimat of the city of Uralsk under the chairmanship of the head of the city Mirzhan Satkanov.

At the meeting, Mirzhan Munaidarovich listened to the report of the village and rural akims of the city of Uralsk, on the measures taken to combat corruption in the field of housing and land relations, architecture and urban planning, entrepreneurship.The reports of the mayors of villages and villages, heads of departments presented the results of an external analysis of corruption risks, conducted since the beginning of the year.The Mayor stressed the need to give special priority to the comfortable service of the population through the principle of openness.In this regard, Akim of the village of Derkul Zhuban Zhumagaliyev noted the convenience of the "open akimat" format, which allows residents to receive public services efficiently and promptly.The event was attended by Birzhan Khairullin, Head of the Prevention and Integrity Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the West Kazakhstan Region:
It is necessary to constantly conduct internal analytical work on the formation of an anti–corruption culture in society, make proposals to the authorized bodies for legislative improvement of the identified vulnerabilities," Birzhan Mardanovich said.
In conclusion, the mayor of the city recalled that corruption is a serious problem in modern society, and instructed to carry out effective systematic work to combat it.
