Answers to questions received from residents before and during the reporting meeting with the population of the Mayor of the city of Uralsk A.Shynybekova, which was held on January 16, 2021

As you know, on February 16, I reported to the public about the work done and shared my plans for the future. The meeting was held in an online format and raised many issues.
During the live broadcast, 268 questions were received from the population. In addition, 215 questions and suggestions were sent via social networks, a call center, and mailboxes installed in various locations in the city. Residents of Uralsk are concerned about problems related to construction, road repairs, passenger transportation, affordable housing, land, lighting, and sewerage in the city. The population often raised issues of landscaping, utility bills, trapping stray dogs and the Internet.
Due to the limited time of the live broadcast, it was not possible to answer all the questions.
