SANITARY REQUIREMENTS AND PUBLIC HEALTH OCCUPY AN IMPORTANT PLACE

Mayor of the city Abat Abayevich noted that this does not meet the requirements of traders of meat, fish products, vegetables and fruits, and that the health of the population is important in the context of a renewed pandemic.
"Of course, we don't mind you trading. But it's all legal. Trading is not allowed here. You must work in specially assigned retail outlets. After all, the city streets should be updated and improved. Because of your mistakes, the managers of business objects will be subjected to administrative punishment, " Abat Shynybekov said.
In accordance with article 204 Of the code of administrative offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, persons who trade outside the places established by the local Executive body are first warned. If there is no result, a fine of 5 monthly calculation indices is imposed. And if, after the imposition of an administrative penalty, this situation persists for another year, the amount of the fine will be 10 monthly calculation indices.
Residents of the same area assumed that the market revival began at six in the morning, and there was no calm. In addition, there is also the fact that excess leftovers from food do not accumulate.
- It's been 21 years since I've lived in this area. The morning begins with the cry of the market.They bring fish here, clean them, and don't collect them. And its unpleasant smell is carried around the yard. Therefore, I am categorically against the presence of a wild market here, " said aytzhan zhaksybayev, a resident of the city.
The decision of the regional maslikhat of March 18, 2020 recognized that the heads of business and social facilities of the city should carry out landscaping work around the relevant institution. This was announced by the head of housing, SP and IP Uralsk Zhandos Bisengaliev:
Conducting improvement works to the place, located 5 metres from the building or institution, is entrusted to the managers of the facility. This includes lighting, roadside installation, facade systems adjustment, and urn installation. If this decision is not implemented, a fine will be imposed.
The mayor entered Bank branches, grocery stores and pharmacies near the market, where he explained the situation to employees. In addition, the mayor of the city gave specific instructions to the city police Department and the heads of relevant structures to restrict the operation of wild markets.
